About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Basketball Team Coach to lead our competitive programs at JR Basketball Training Lab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training and practice sessions, motivating and preparing athletes for competitive events, and analyzing and evaluating team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Develop well-planned competitive schedules and programs that align with the team's goals and objectives.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to athletes to help them improve their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Team Management: Manage the team's performance, including analyzing and evaluating team statistics, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these areas.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with the team's goals and objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining filing systems, managing team schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as sports management or coaching.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a basketball coach, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing competitive programs.
  • Skills: Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their full potential. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders.
