Position Overview

The Memory Clinic is dedicated to advancing our understanding of Alzheimer's Disease and improving patient care. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dependable Financial Management Specialist to oversee financial operations and support our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for each clinic, ensuring accurate reporting and budget management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare monthly budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights for strategic planning.
  • KPI Development: Create and maintain KPI dashboards to facilitate management decision-making.
  • Cash Flow Management: Regularly review cash flow and produce forecasts to ensure financial stability.
  • Capital Expenditure Oversight: Manage capital expenditures and investments for new clinics.
  • Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to optimize financial processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting outsourcing team to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Accounts Management: Assist with Accounts Receivable, Payable, and Payroll functions.
