Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and distributing meeting materials, taking minutes, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Communication
- Respond to electronic inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Organizational Skills
- Plan and organize daily operations, including prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language of work: English.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
