Production Coordinator

Are you a motivated and organized individual with experience in production coordination? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment? We are seeking a Bilingual Production Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada.
Job Summary:The Bilingual Production Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities, ensuring that employees are present and punctual, and that production deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in personnel management, warehouse or industrial experience, and be fluent in both English and French.
Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ensure that employees are present and punctual, and that they understand their tasks
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Train new employees and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations
- Experience in production coordination or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in both English and French
- Warehouse or industrial experience
- Experience in personnel management
