Production Coordinator

Proforce Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of production, from product development to sourcing and purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with design, production, and fit teams to ensure timely delivery of samples and products.
- Manage the flow of samples from suppliers, including creating purchase orders and tracking deadlines.
- Assist in the coordination of garment testing and quality control approval processes.
- Communicate daily with overseas manufacturers to track delivery status and ensure on-schedule delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with social responsibility standards.
- Manage data entry and style creation for branded and private label programs.
- 3-5 years of experience in the apparel industry.
- Knowledge of woven, knits, and denim is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Momentis System and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
