Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Burger Baron. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as managing kitchen operations and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including planning menus and estimating food requirements.
- Kitchen Management: Manage kitchen operations, including requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory and records, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, including training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant or rural area.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and time management.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Hours:40 hours per week.
