About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Pincher Creek. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports as required.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant environment.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
