Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Development and Implementation
  • Design and build email templates, landing pages, and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop and implement marketing automation solutions to create personalized customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and platforms.
Integration
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms to ensure data synchronization and distribution.
  • Take responsibility for related Salesforce Marketing Cloud software, including Design Tools, Translation management Tools, and Marketing Journey test automation.
Performance Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and best practices to drive business growth.
  • Proactively drive journey and operations optimization using new features in Marketing Cloud.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or other related field.
  2. At least several years of experience in marketing automation development, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  3. Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  4. Marketing Cloud and Google Tag Manager integration.
  5. Advanced Reporting experience.
  6. Good understanding of Marketing Cloud APIs.
  7. Salesforce Certification of Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  8. Understanding of digital marketing processes and best practices.
  9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive communication skills.
  10. Fluent in English.
