We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team at Beiersdorf AG. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with Beiersdorf Marketing Teams, CRM, and technical teams to create and optimize personalized customer journeys and marketing campaigns.
- Define and visualize CRM Journeys for the Marketing team, using data-driven insights.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data synchronization and distribution.
- Take responsibility for related Salesforce Marketing Cloud software, including Design Tools, Translation management Tools, and Marketing Journey test automation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing them based on performance data and best practices.
- Proactively drive journey and operations optimization, leveraging new features in Marketing Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or other related field, or specialized IT vocational training with several years of professional experience.
- At least several years of experience in marketing automation development, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Marketing Cloud and Google Tag Manager integration.
- Good understanding of Marketing Cloud APIs.
- Salesforce Certification of Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing processes and best practices.
- Fluent in English.
