Job Title: Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet or exceed quality requirements, working with clients to understand their expectations, and implementing quality standards in raw materials and manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits
  • Coach and mentor quality team members
  • Resolve issues related to warranty claims
  • Collect and analyze data to improve quality systems
  • Communicate quality results to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Automation, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, including 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with products similar to truck boxes
  • Understanding of schematics and/or technical drawings, and proficiency in using quality measurement equipment and tools
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Positive leadership expertise
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Essential bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written
