Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Management Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and our plant facilities or sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison between our customers and our plant facilities or sales teams, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Order Management: Monitor and enter incoming sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Documentation Creation: Create invoices and other documentation based on sales orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer requests for various documentation, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Resolution: Oversee and resolve complex order issues, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Customer Service: Handle various customer service complaints, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Metrics Analysis: Prepare and analyze metrics such as on-time delivery and order/product changes, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: 2 years' customer service experience in an office environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel, large databases, and data entry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong numbers orientation and attention to detail.
  • Independence: Self-starter; ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree or diploma in Business.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of shipments and associated documentation.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in French (written and oral) is considered an asset.
