About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for arrival, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning products.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
