Job Title: Hotel Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all guest rooms are clean and well-maintained, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Restock and replenish supplies, such as toiletries and towels, in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
