Position: Application Remediator

Role Overview:

The Application Remediator will play a crucial role in ensuring the readiness of applications, databases, and associated peripherals. This position requires a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and solution validation to align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of readiness initiatives for applications and databases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided align with the client's operational needs.
  • Assess application requirements and identify potential impacts on existing systems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support the Application Remediation Team's functions.
  • Provide support for issue resolution and oversee application upgrade processes.
  • Engage in team meetings and client discussions to facilitate effective communication.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience in application and database testing and remediation.
  • Strong understanding of packaging methodologies.
  • Ability to convert clinical and business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Compensation: $72,445 - $104,139 per year
