About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Aromatears Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to showcase our services and products.
  • Market Business Services: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.
  • Direct and Evaluate Establishments and Departments: Lead and mentor marketing teams to develop and implement communication strategies and information programs that meet business objectives.
  • Plan, Direct, and Evaluate Advertising Campaigns: Develop and execute advertising campaigns to promote the sales of our products and services.
  • Act as Spokesperson for the Organization: Represent Aromatears Enterprise Ltd in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
  • Advise Clients on Advertising or Sales Promotion Strategies: Provide expert advice to clients on effective marketing strategies to achieve their business goals.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Marketing Materials: Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate Special Publicity Events and Promotions: Plan and execute special events and promotions to generate buzz and drive sales.
  • Conduct Public Opinion and Attitude Surveys: Gather and analyze data from public opinion and attitude surveys to inform marketing strategies.
  • Consult with Clients after Sale to Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support to clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week of work.
