Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at LAWRENCE MART CONVENIENCE. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure that the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets our high standards for customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and visual merchandising, to ensure a cohesive and effective store experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
