Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at SAFETY FIRST SECURITY SERVICES INC.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that all team members are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of locations, including various offices and client sites.
