CONTACT CENTER - INSURANCE SALES CONSULTANT
Our Insurance Sales Consultants play a vital role in addressing customer needs within a dynamic contact center environment. We seek enthusiastic team members who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service while enjoying a collaborative and rewarding workplace.
A typical day includes:
Managing incoming call volumes to ensure minimal wait times Responding to customer inquiries with a focus on resolving issues in a single interaction Identifying and maximizing sales opportunities during each call, while prioritizing customer satisfaction Efficiently accessing online resources to complete customer transactions Conducting outbound calls for policy renewals and account assessments Tailoring your sales approach based on the specifics of each call and customer needsThe skills you bring:
Level 2 General Insurance License; training and support available for unlicensed candidates A strong passion for customer service 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles Excellent communication skills over the phone Proven ability to build rapport with clientsPreferred qualifications:
Experience in a call center environment Level 2 General Insurance License is preferred Previous experience in the insurance sector is advantageous Proficient in efficiently retrieving customer information Recent completion of post-secondary or vocational trainingWork Schedule: Full Time – 37.5 hours/week, with flexible hours
Salary Range: Competitive salary based on experience
