Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for assessing potential client markets, calculating premiums, and establishing client insurance coverage. You will also be responsible for monitoring insurance claims and responding to client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential client markets and assess their insurance needs.
  • Premium Calculation: Calculate premiums for clients based on their insurance needs and risk profiles.
  • Client Onboarding: Establish client insurance coverage by gathering necessary information and ensuring all policy requirements are met.
  • Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client Communication: Provide excellent client communication, ensuring clients are informed and satisfied with their insurance coverage.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: On-site customer service.
  • Tasks: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral and written communication, organized, and reliable.
