Position Overview

We are seeking a Systems Integrity Specialist (formerly known as Deficiency Sales Representative) to address customers' systems integrity issues and sell repair work identified during fire and life safety system inspections. This role involves inside sales, customer service, and collaboration with the Service Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed proposals and follow up on quotes to ensure timely client engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding proposed solutions, addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive inspection deficiency tracking system to monitor progress and identify trends.
  • Drive sales performance by consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Collaborate closely with the service department to ensure efficient and effective repair implementation.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

  • Experience in inside sales or customer service within the construction, mechanical, electrical, or fire safety industries.
