Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to lead our sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in both B2B and B2C sales and marketing, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to lead and delegate tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Strategies: Create and execute sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead Sales and Marketing Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in universities, businesses, and academic institutions.
  • Deliver Engaging Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Team: Work closely with our engineering team to ensure smooth communication and product enhancement.
  • Manage Multiple Products: Efficiently manage multiple products and prioritize tasks to meet sales and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in both B2B and B2C sales and marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation and phone communication skills, proven ability to lead and delegate tasks effectively, team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, expertise in managing multiple products and prioritizing tasks, exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools like Hubspot.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
