We are currently in search of a Lead Civil Engineering Specialist to become a part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will engage in a range of technical and sustainable projects related to land development.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in land development design
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario
  • Expertise in Civil 3D/AutoCAD software
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Knowledge of water modeling software
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with senior engineers on design projects for subdivisions and site layouts
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Draft technical specifications and documentation
  • Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables
