Service Crew Team Lead

Grill Hero is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to lead our service crew and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean barbecues at commercial and residential properties
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Upsell products and add-ons
- Book future appointments
- Maintain and organize company supplies and equipment
- Represent the company on the ground
Requirements:
- Able to perform physical labor and operate light equipment
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- High attention to detail
Compensation:
- Starting at $18 + tips and incentives
- Performance bonuses and incentives
- Tips
- Mileage incurred during operations is compensated on top of hourly pay
