Key Responsibilities

  • Support revenue cycle functions for St. John's Medical Group
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure streamlined services and favorable financial outcomes
  • Adapt to various roles to assist with responsibilities such as credentialing, pre-authorization, and billing
  • Execute charge capture and billing procedures to maximize revenue
  • Examine patient accounts for precision and prompt submission of required documents

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare office environment
  • Associate Degree or Medical Coding Certification is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Outstanding communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
