Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support revenue cycle functions for St. John's Medical Group
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure streamlined services and favorable financial outcomes
- Adapt to various roles to assist with responsibilities such as credentialing, pre-authorization, and billing
- Execute charge capture and billing procedures to maximize revenue
- Examine patient accounts for precision and prompt submission of required documents
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare office environment
- Associate Degree or Medical Coding Certification is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Outstanding communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service within a healthcare setting is essential
