  • Identify Continuous Improvement Opportunities: Analyze maintenance procedures and practices to identify areas for improvement, resulting in cost savings and increased efficiency.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Data: Collect and analyze data to inform maintenance decisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Support Safety and Environmental Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement safe operating procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary Degree: A degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as Maximo.
  • Industrial Experience: Prior experience working in an industrial environment, preferably in a unionized setting.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with various trades and stakeholders.
