Vertical Sales Representative

About the Role

As a Vertical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their equipment rental requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of equipment and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years' sales experience in small A/C and heating rentals and related services
  • Ability to progress the entire sales process in person or over the telephone
  • Capable of negotiating individual transactions and contracts directly with the customer
  • Mechanically inclined and ability to learn the technical features of the equipment to provide specialized solutions to clients
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM a plus
  • Available for on-call rotation to provide after-hour service and response
  • Willingness to provide equipment delivery, installation, and customer product training
  • Attention to detail with regard to sales technology tools and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 45 pounds and safely operate a forklift, lift gate, and box truck
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
