Coca-Cola Canada is looking for an exceptional individual to become a vital part of our Commercial Leadership Team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic planning and operational excellence. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Growth Management and collaborate closely with Customer Sales Directors, the Commercial Finance Director, and various team leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the annual revenue targets across Large Store, Small Store, and Wholesale channels.
  • Oversee customer investments and assess ROI to align with revenue objectives.
  • Engage in long-term business forecasting and planning.
  • Work alongside senior management to refine pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Analyze industry trends and deliver actionable insights.
  • Guide team members in their professional development and success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Exceptional collaboration and analytical capabilities.
  • Expertise in P&L management and revenue generation.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Nielsen, Power BI, and data science is advantageous.
