Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled food service staff to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our guests feel valued and respected.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Food Order Management: Prepare and manage food order summaries for our chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and timely.
- Tray Assembly: Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that they are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our team is adequately staffed to meet demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
