About the Role:
MXA Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced customer advocate to join our team as a Senior Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts and providing exceptional customer service, problem resolution, and account management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned set of accounts and provide complete customer service, problem resolution, and account management functions.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing proactive and responsive service.
- Quickly respond to and resolve any client issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Provide pricing information and enter orders into our ERP system.
- Forecast and report on client business, including sales and inventory levels.
- Interact with customers and internal departments to assess and confirm product delivery, including updates on order delivery dates and inventory status.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience is required.
- Experience from the packaging or commercial print industry is a great bonus.
- Perm position with a competitive salary up to $70k, full benefits, and pension.
