Job Title: Customer Service and Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Account Manager to join our team at Randstad Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to bring customers' visions to life, ensuring timely delivery of finished products.
  • Generate work orders, monitor the process, and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a production or project-based environment.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Excel), and experience using Radius or ERP systems.
  • A background in graphic arts, print design, or project management is considered an asset.
