About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Wealth Management team as an Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with investment advisors and clients to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective communication between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide superior customer service through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email
  • Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for business development and growth
  • Coordinate transactions related to investment accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage client files and maintain accurate records
  • Support advisors in their business development activities, including scheduling appointments and preparing client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies

Requirements
  • College diploma in a related field
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a related field, such as banking operations, customer service, or administration
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
