We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group.
Job Summary:The Construction Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, direction, control, and evaluation of daily operations. This includes preparing contracts, negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements, as well as preparing reports and planning daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
- Prepare reports
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor and control project costs, resources, and risks
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
