Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate sales by promoting products, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in training programs and adhere to company goals and objectives.
- Supervise and assist store associates as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
