Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff, including establishing work schedules and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, and renovations.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our cleaning operations, including receiving payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Team Support: Provide support to our cleaning staff, including assisting them with their duties and ensuring that they have the necessary resources to perform their jobs effectively.
- Communication: Co-ordinate work activities with other departments and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of any changes or updates.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Language: English is the primary language required for this role.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
