Job Title: Project Manager, New Product Development

BRP is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the development of new products in our manufacturing facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the entire product development process, from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report project progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product development, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
