About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at Pristine Quality Healthcare Services Corp. as we continue to grow and expand our services in Long Term Care Homes, Retirement facilities, Hospitals, and Home Health Care settings in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents in various healthcare settings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and good standing.
  • Registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO) or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current First Aid certification.
  • Confident in caregiving abilities.
  • Reliable, flexible, and professional with a positive attitude.
  • Fully vaccinated.
  • Negative 2-step TB/Chest X-ray.
