Position Overview

The Invoicing Operations Manager oversees all aspects of the billing and payroll functions. This role entails supervising the generation and distribution of invoices to clients, ensuring adherence to pricing agreements and regulatory standards. Additionally, this position plays a crucial role in analyzing billing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to enhance billing efficiency and revenue collection. The manager also ensures that gross payroll is processed accurately and punctually in accordance with established payroll rates and schedules.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Directs the formulation and execution of policies and procedures that guarantee timely and precise invoicing of clients.
  • Ensures that current billing practices align with governmental regulations and standards.
  • Manages the investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies and inaccuracies.
  • Assists with credit and collections processes.
  • Oversees revenue and expense accruals.
  • Leads a team of employees engaged in billing and payroll functions.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
  • A college diploma or trade apprenticeship certification.
  • Proven supervisory experience.
