We are currently seeking a Senior IT Procurement Specialist to assist our client partner in the non-profit sector.
Key QualificationsOversee multiple simultaneous projects.Pre-approved overtime as necessary to meet project timelines.Capable of participating in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.Some travel may be necessary for engaging with stakeholders, consultants, and off-site personnel or management.
Core ResponsibilitiesContribute to and engage in the evaluation and negotiation of agreements with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other third-party entities.Examine contracts and pinpoint potential risks and opportunities.Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and contractual commitments.Oversee the contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal or termination.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment with business goals.Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.Monitor contract performance and guarantee timely delivery of goods and services.Conduct contract training for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of contract obligations.Identify areas for procurement and contract process enhancement and implement necessary changes.Coordinate deliverables and plans with other project managers, change managers, communications, and subject matter experts.
