Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, leading daily production, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute menus that reflect local and regional flavors and culinary styles
  • Lead daily production and ensure high-quality food preparation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our team and the community we serve
  • Manage ordering and inventory to ensure efficient operations
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and mentoring of the team
  • Collaborate with the Food Service management team to ensure smooth location management

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, including high-end catering and banquet experience
  • Substantial knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and processes
  • Menu planning and production experience
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Happy disposition and excellent communication skills
  • Current ServSafe certification and local health department certification (where required)
