About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Alpha Security Services. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports and other documentation as required.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, and possibly review their performance.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Office and Volunteer Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff as needed.
  • Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Work Environment

As a Security Supervisor, you will work in a variety of environments, including air-conditioned, cold/refrigerated, hot, noisy, and outdoors settings. You will also work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking positions, and may be required to stand for extended periods.
