About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Alpha Security Services. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security personnel.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as other reports as required.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, and provide training on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Office and Volunteer Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring they are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Security Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a variety of environments, including air-conditioned, cold/refrigerated, hot, noisy, odorous, outdoors, and wet/damp conditions.
  • Work Setting: Experience working in a security guard agency or similar environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, and reliability.
