We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Landscape Labourer to join our team at Southview Landscaping Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist with landscape constructions, weed, prune and trim trees and plants, cut grass, remove litter and garbage, cart and spread topsoil and other materials, lay sod or seed, plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees, repair and maintain equipment, and water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions
  • Weed, prune and trim trees and plants
  • Cut grass
  • Remove litter and garbage
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
  • Lay sod or seed
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees
  • Repair and maintain equipment
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
  • Experience: Will train
  • Work site environment: Outdoors, dusty, hot
  • Work setting: Various locations
  • Physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Personal suitability: Client focus, dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
