The Specialist, Asset Protection is a critical role within BCLC, responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our casino operations. This position requires a high level of expertise in security and surveillance practices, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and improve security protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on security and surveillance best practices.
  • Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with BCLC standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, security management, or business.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate security, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
