We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Medicine and Complex Continuing Care units.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct patient education and provide support to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Recent clinical experience in Medicine and Complex Continuing Care nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) certification.
- Working knowledge of Meditech Information System and personal computer applications.
