Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and guests are aware of their room assignments and check-out procedures.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as necessary, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Guest Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
- Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure accurate and efficient room management.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and interacting with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
