Job Title: Computer Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Computer Service Technician to join our team at WiFi Computers. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair for our clients' computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify faults and defects
  • Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults to ensure accurate repair
  • Adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic equipment and assemblies to meet client requirements
  • Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare cost estimates for clients to ensure transparency and accuracy
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand client requirements and specifications
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in computer systems repair and maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and repair complex electronic issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines to ensure timely service delivery
