Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned brands, ensuring sales and budgeted targets are met.
  • Execute ordering and inventory processes, ensuring accurate data entry and timely delivery.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop a team of Crew Members and Shift Supervisors, focusing on Health & Safety and customer service excellence.
  • Deliver brand, audit, and customer service standards, ensuring compliance with ONroute and governmental regulations.
  • Act as Manager-in-Charge when the General Manager or Associate General Manager is not present, ensuring the overall needs of the plaza are met.
Accountabilities:
  • Inventory and Ordering: Manage inventory levels, deliver budgeted food cost targets, and ensure accurate data entry in the inventory management system.
  • Brand, Audit, and Customer Service: Role model and ensure team members deliver results that meet or exceed brand, audit, and customer service standards.
  • Team and Health & Safety: Hire, train, coach, and develop team members, ensuring Health & Safety processes and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager in high-volume food and beverage or merchandise operations.
  • Experience with POS Systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to lead by example, dedicated to training, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Exceptional customer experience focus, strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Sound operational experience and knowledge within the fast-food/food service industry.
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from the plaza.
