Sunspace is now a leading manufacturer in the United States as well as Canada, with Authorized Dealers covering the entire Eastern seaboard from Maine to South Carolina and reaching as far into the mid-west from Minnesota to Arkansas.

Job Duties (Daily):

- Direct/Main point of contact for respective dealer accounts
- Manage/Complete all service for respective dealer account
- Facilitate Orders downstream/work with Open orders report
- Admins support where needed (Cutsheets etc)
- Back up/support for Order Entry Team if required
- Provide direct support for Outside Sales Representatives
- Back up Phone support for reception (route/handle incoming calls for Dealers/Retail/Homeowners etc)
- Expedite misc component orders (arrange with shipping/Outside Sales reps for special requests
- Notify dealers regarding unexpected shipping delays or unexpected issues with their orders
- Process Return Material Authorizations (RMA’S)
- Process Dealer Account Credits

Strong Organizational Skills, Flexibility, Adaptability, Multi-Tasking skills, Time Management Skills, Communication Skills, Teamwork, Dependability, and attention to detail

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Must be fluent in both English and French
- Computer skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word & Excel
- Experience with Byd (SAP) would be considered a definite asset
- Previous experience in the construction industry would be an asset
- 2-3 Years Customer service experience
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong telephone skills - self-confident when dealing with customers/dealers
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Willingness to learn

Pay: $23.50-$24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
