Position Overview:
The Senior Manager for the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) plays a pivotal role in steering and nurturing a team of audit specialists tasked with conducting comprehensive quality assurance evaluations and initiatives. This position is essential in providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and ensuring that operational objectives are met efficiently. The role encompasses the management of a substantial Quality Assurance team, serving as a key advisor to the executive leadership, and overseeing audits across intricate business operations and international divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possession of an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional certifications is essential (CIA is highly regarded).
- A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management is required.
- Extensive understanding of auditing standards, risk management principles, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in budget oversight, team mentoring, and adept in utilizing various computer applications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong capabilities in decision-making, strategic planning, and organizational management.
