Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of 5-10 employees and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Quality: Oversee the preparation and presentation of our food to ensure that it meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Supervision: Supervise and train employees to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and that they are providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
